Navigating to Workspace Settings

  • Click on the gear icon next to workspace name in the upper right corner of the screen

  • There are six sections:

    • Security, Manage Users, Default Settings, Subscription, Workspace Activity, Notifications

Key Steps

  1. Security Section

    • Set workspace visibility to public, Big Idea platform only, or private.

    • Invite agencies, accept idea transfers, and enable multifactor authentication.

  2. Manage Users Section

    • View all users with access to the workspace.

    • Edit roles, remove access, and review user information.

  3. Configuration Section

    • Specify asset types, transfer rates, transferability, user roles, permissions, and default idea settings for new assets.

  4. Subscription Section

    • Upgrade plans, view available features, and compare plans.

  5. Workspace Activity Section

    • View, filter, and download all activity within the workspace.

    • Click on the download button next to filters to download the activity log.

  6. Notification Section

    • Manage push and email notifications for each feature.

    • Push notifications go to the bell icon, while email notifications are sent to the associated email.

  7. Navigation

    • To return to the home page, click on the home button at the top of the page.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure that changes made to user roles and permissions are accurately updated to avoid access issues.

  • Be cautious when changing workspace visibility settings to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Double-check subscription upgrades to ensure compatibility with workspace needs.
