This article will explain how to locate and manage the workspace settings

Navigating to Workspace Settings

  • Click on the gear icon next to workspace name in the upper right corner of the screen

  • There are six sections:

    • Security, Manage Users, Default Settings, Subscription, Workspace Activity, Notifications

Overview

  1. Security Settings

    • Set workspace visibility (public, big idea platform only, private)

    • Invite agencies to manage your workspace

    • Enable idea transfers by toggling on this feature

    • Enable multi-factor authentication by toggling on this feature

    • Delete account

  2. Manage Users

    • View all user information

    • Edit user roles

    • Remove users

  3. Default Settings

    • Manage workspace role permissions

    • Set the types of IDEAs that can be created within the workspace

    • Set workspace visibility to public or private (incognito mode)

    • Require user verification to access workspace

    • Require signed NDAs to access workspace

    • Manage IDEA attachment settings

  4. Subscription Settings

    • Select Workspace Plan

  5. Workspace Activity

    • View, filter, and download all activity within the workspace

  6. Notification Settings

    • Manage in-app and email notifications

    • In-App notifications go to the bell icon

    • Email notifications go to the associated email

  7. Navigating Back to Home Page

    • Click on workspace icon on the left side scroll wheel to return to the home page
